The MAP Personality Questionnaire and the Matrigma Cognitive Ability Test. The MAP Personality Questionnaire assists us in identifying candidates' potential and potential developmental areas, both at managerial and employee levels. This questionnaire is the most reliable model for evaluating a candidate's personality, offering us an objective and standardized decision-making basis for selection.

The Matrigma Cognitive Ability Test measures candidates' general cognitive abilities, including logical reasoning, critical thinking, and the ability to absorb new information.
