Miljonbemanning signs Partnership with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills
During a ceremony in Addis Ababa, Miljonbemanning signed a memorandum of understanding together with the Minister of Labor.
Through this collaboration, we aim to support the development in Ethiopia by offering tailored skills enhancement courses and training programs that will prepare individuals for available jobs not only in Ethiopia but also in Sweden and throughout Europe.
"We are confident that this collaboration will open a world of opportunities for the Ethiopian people," says Ali Khalil, CEO of Miljonbemanning. "Through our platform, which is based on advanced artificial intelligence, we will provide customized training courses that are aligned with the needs of the market. This will help individuals acquire the necessary skills to become attractive candidates in the job market, both in Ethiopia and internationally. Subsequently, an AI-based matching will be conducted for the available positions.
