Processing of Personal Data To effectively assist you in your job search and career development, we need access to the information you choose to share with us in our service. It is entirely up to you to decide which details you want to upload. The data you choose to share with us are processed to create an individually tailored career profile and to help you find matching job opportunities.

    We use aggregated data to create statistics that may be of interest to potential employers. For example, if at least 10 users who are job-seeking within the same industry or job category share their information, we can use this data to compile a detailed overview of the most common qualifications and experiences among applicants in that specific sector. This insight helps us to tailor our recruitment services and offers more targeted recommendations to our users about which skills or experiences might strengthen their profile for employers.

This is the core of our commitment to you when you register and use our service. Processing your personal data is necessary for us to be able to offer you our services and fulfill our obligations according to the agreement.

    4.1 Right to Access

    You have the right to know which personal data about you we process.     Persons under 13 years old do not have the right to use the Service. Persons who use the service before reaching the age of majority need to provide contact details to a guardian. Miljonbemanning will confirm the creation of an account with the guardian.

    The Service may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as our clients. If the service has been assigned by an administrator, your administrator may have the authority to disable your account.
