We aim for this to be reflected in our relationship with both clients and society at large. To achieve this, we offer a tailor-made leadership program with a focus on diversity and inclusion. The program is designed to enhance leaders' knowledge and ability to incorporate ethnic, cultural, and social diversity into all aspects of their operations. The goal is to attract and, above all, manage talent from an increasingly diverse society.

The primary purpose of the program is to provide leaders and managers with the opportunity to experience, reflect upon, and broaden their knowledge, skills, and competencies in the area of diversity and inclusion. We also aim to change attitudes and break down biases and stereotypes.

We strive to:

  • Increase awareness of inclusive leadership styles and understanding of biases, stereotypes, and exclusion mechanisms.
  • Strengthen the ability to identify and define inclusive and exclusionary behavioral patterns.
  • Provide tools to illuminate corporate culture, including ingrained norms, values, and unconscious biases.
  • Enhance self-awareness and awareness of the impact leaders have on others. We will also enhance awareness of one's own stereotypes and biases and experience the areas of development linked to the practice of inclusive leadership.
